Bread Festival – 2015

January 27-29 in Moscow, Russian Guild of Bakers and Confectioners (ROSPiK) holds an annual Bread Festival at the Exhibition Center (pavilion number 69), forum for bakers and confectioners in Russia.
The program of Bread Festival includes:
- Specialized Exhibition “Small and medium-sized businesses in baking and confectionery”
- III International conference “The healing power of the rye”
- Finals of XV Russian Bakery Cup “Bread is the World”
- Finals of IV Russian Bakery Cup “Baker, profession of the future”
- Master classes, seminars, tastings and others.
We invite you to a master class “U.S. Cranberries in baking”, which will be held January 27 from 10:00 to 14:00. The program includes cooking of bread, cheese cakes, buns, brownies, biscotti and muffins – all products are prepared with U.S. dried cranberries.
