The ‘PIR. Hospitality Industry’ trade fair is the main exhibition project in the HoReCa segment in Russia and CIS.

Each year it becomes a meeting place for restaurateurs and hoteliers, chefs and confectioners, suppliers, investors, journalists and all those willing to keep up with the latest trends of the hotel and catering business.

Organizer: PIR Information project supported by the Restaurateurs and Hoteliers Federation as well as the National Chefs’ Guild.

In 2012 850 companies from 25 countries were exhibited at the show. There were more than 45 000 visitors.

Over the last 20 years, WorldFood Moscow has grown to become a major meeting place for the food and drinks industry and a vibrant source of productsfor the Russian market. Exhibitors are grouped in nine main sectors, ensuring visitors can easily find products of interest, compare them and talk to their manufacturers.

Each year, more than 50,000 specialists from various countries visit the exhibition. WorldFood Moscow attracts much interest from Russian specialists, including representatives of wholesale and retail companies from 43 cities.

69 countries are represented at the exhibition. International producers account for over 40% of all exhibitors at WorldFood Moscow. A significant part of the exhibition is taken up by the national pavilions of individual countries.

Interfood St. Petersburg 2013

Intefood and Prodtech 2012 exposition showcased by 120 companies from 10 countries: Russia, Italy, Bulgaria, Belarus, Polan

d, Ukraine, France, Sri Lanka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Estonia. During the three opening days over 4100 industry professionals attended the show.

Interfood 2013 will feature the following product categories: bakery and confectionary, poultry, eggs, meat and sausages, fish, seafood, cheese, butter, fresh fruits and vegetables, pasta, cereals, flour, flavorings and spices, ready-made goods, instant food, frozen food, ice-cream, snacks, appetizers, tea, coffee, beverages, water, baby and diet food, as well as products and beverages for cafes, bars, restaurants, gourmet food, ingredients, additives, food colorings, transport and logistics for food industry.

Season 2013 topic: healthy food and wellness. Visitors will be able to get information about availability of ecologically clean and organic food products, edible raw materials and ingredients at stands of the exhibition as well as more other useful information.

Food Industry Krasnodar 2013

Food Industry is an important specialized business platform at the South of Russia presenting domestic and foreign equipment for food and processing manufactures, raw materials and ingredients. The distinctive feature of the exhibition is the complex approach to presentation of industry achievements – from foodstuffs to technologies and production equipment.

The exposition is divided into two main sections: “Food Technologies” and “Packaging”. The first one shows a wide spectrum of food and processing equipment, control systems, spare parts and consumables, components, ingredients and raw materials for food production.

“Packaging” presents new kinds of packing and label products, packing materials and equipment, ready packing products, consumables for label production, equipment for labeling.

In 2012 the exhibition gathered 98 exhibitors from 9 countries: Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Belarus, Slovenia, Turkey and Russia.

World Food Moscow 2012: Results

The 21st edition of WorldFood Moscow took place on 17-20 September 2012, Expocentre, Moscow and welcomed a record number of exhibitors to Russia’s largest international food and drink exhibition. 1,602 exhibitors from 69 countries participated over the four days to increase their business and learn more about the expanding Russian market.

The 22nd edition of WorldFood Moscow takes place on 16-19 September 2013, Expocentre, Moscow.
