You’ve got to be very careful if you don’t know where you’re going because you might not get there. Before starting a project, we front-load the planning process, including concrete objectives, budgets and agreeing on milestones and deadlines. Then we understand each other better. We might not be able to meet every milestone, but we will know where we are and what we need to do.
